"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat.
It isn’t.
The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs.
The interior was filled with flies - they keep landing on our heads and food. The owner’s acknowledged...

"The view was great but the lake was frozen so a little different I think than if it was summer. Was cool seeing people drifting on the frozen lake though. Rooms were great, good sizes, awesome large main bedroom, noise from the living does carry upstairs as there is no door to separate it. I thought downstairs had a bigger living room of it own, so was not expecting that, but it worked out just fine. Open living, dining, kitchen was great for everyone hanging out."

"The host was friendly and the space had everything we needed for the weekend. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and in a nice area. Lots of parking available too.
The only downside was that the condo was really new and units inside were still being worked on and although the place we stayed was done, it was fairly dusty inside and in the building with all the construction. I’m sure when all the work is finished in the area, that would no longer be a concern!"

"We lived that they had invluded a
Ninja airfryer, laundry facilities, towels and face clothes. The bed was very comfortable. We brought extra pillows for more comfyiness. They had a little fridge was bottled water which nice as well. We felt welcomed! They also had some soap and hair products which was vonvinent for us in that moment lol. No TV but we had an iPad and prefer them having a washer and dryer."

"Nice basement apartment with a full kitchen. Newer neighbourhood with easy parking. Cochrane the town is about a 15 minute drive which you will have to drive to get any groceries or stores/restaurants."
