"The most wonderful staff- Alessandra, Sylvia, Natasha and all were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They loaned me a charger/converter; they helped me book my train trip back to Milan. All the time they took great care and made sure my family’s every ask was taken care of. The chef’s breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely a highlight of the trip. "

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, mit sehr zuvorkommenden und aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, alles renoviert und mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Frühstücksbuffett war traumhaft und auch das Essen/Drinks draußen mit einer pittoresken Kulisse nach einem ereignisreichen Tag ist unbezahlbar. Jederzeit kommen wir wieder!"

"The most beautiful, well-equipped hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I can't rate this place highly enough! 10/10 for everything. Beds were clean and super comfortable, pillows were amazing. Bathroom was huge and well equipped and the sauna in the room was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! "

"This is a lovely property with wonderful views of Lake Garda and a quiet, upscale environment. The service from all staff was exceptional and the pool area was a welcome amenity in the heat of August. Be sure to take the breakfast option, as the buffet was quite exceptional. Overall, we loved this property and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"We spent a wonderful week here in September 2025. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position looking down over lake Garda. The facilities are perfect, the Spa and sauna are great and the massage treatment worked a treat. Free parking and free shuttle down to the town of Salo. The extensive breakfast was the perfect start to the day, whether that is chilling in the hotel or taking a trip around lake...

"2nd time visiting Lake Garda Desenzano and the park hotel, like last time we had a wonderful stay, the room we wrre it has had a refurbishment which was nice, shower room was very nicely done and room on the whole was lovely, as was last visit the staff are great and welcoming.
