"There’s is no communication with the reception , the apartment is in a different building then the reception. I was lost it took me 1 hour to find the place and contact someone and then I got stuck in the elevator and had to scream for help . There is no where on the reservation where it stats the office is at a diff place , no place to contact anyone not even on Expedia"

"It was clean and kind staff and very good location in Marrakesh."

"This apartment was exactly what was shown in the photos. It is very comfortable and everything was perfect. Mark and the local manager were incredibly easy to communicate with and Mark was very gracious and extended our stay on short notice when our flights were canceled. This apartment is close to everything, dining options, grocery, pharmacy you name it. And everything is very walkable and easily accessible. Would highly recommend this stay."

"We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in Cairo at the apartment. It was spacious, well-provisioned, and elegant. Frankly, we were amazed at how attractive it was when we walked in. It is well located on Zamelak, high in the building with lovely views, and with shops readily available. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We can highly recommend the apartment."

"Easy check in, great communication and accommodating hosts. Location is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Please note, this apartment is better for a night owl as there is no natural light. "
