"Every room is beautiful. Our first night we were upgraded for free to a suite almost as big as our house. It was amazing. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating."

"The property was fine and it is very convenient to the highway. It also worked in our favor that it shared a parking lot with the Basketball Hall of Fame. The only downside is that you can hear the next room through the bathroom vent. It was a bit uncomfortable as the person in the next room was making all kinds of noises and I wasn't sure if I should notify the front desk in the event they were having a health issue."

When we checked in, it was so loud from the bar/restaurant that I could barely even hear the desk clerk. Then we stayed on the 16th floor and there were loud voices and teenagers (or maybe adults) in the hallway until around 3am. "All was good except that the room above us decided to do a 5k in their room starting at 05:00 AM. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but was their fault was the condition of the floors. Beyond the stomping, the floors creaked! We arrived late at night needing sleep before a long day of driving. We got almost none because of the noise."
