"The house was both beautiful and comfortable, a rare find. The pool was lovely and it was just as nice to sit outside under the covered porch and listen to the birds in the very peaceful quiet. Our group spread out — some stayed in the main house, while others took the cottage and the one bedroom apartment. They were all charming. We called the upstairs master bedroom the “Queen for a day” suite, for its cool tub and luxury. The cottage and small apartment were cozy and convenient."

"Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river."

"Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!"

You have to uber to the front of the float if you don't wanna drink and drive but the end of the float is an 8 minute walk and the shuttle bus drive will actually drop you off if you don't wanna walk. Zip lines for the kids, darts, and great outdoor space! "
