"I still consider this a 5 star stay but there are some things I think would be helpful for future guests. 1) There is no place to put anything. No dressers, nor usable closets, no space in the bathroom for anything. You will live out of your suitcase and because there is no room for that either, you will have to get everything put away each time you use it. 2) similar to the above, because the kitchen is well stocked with basic essentials, there is nowhere to put food away. "When we first walked in, we were really impressed by how clean it was. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with what you need to cook. We did our breakfasts and dinners there for the most part and had no problem with anything. The appliances worked great. The beds are comfortable. "The Seney cabin exceeded our expectations! The cabin was spotless, and the cabin is actually better than the pictures online, which is a rare treat. The location was perfect for day trips to Pictured Rocks, Suit Saint Marie, Tahquamenon Falls State Park, The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum and Mackinac Island. We were able to enjoy birding on the property too. The kitchen is a highpoint. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable as we all slept great in comfort! It was our first stay at Seney Cabin...

"Beautiful view of the lake and nice swimming area. Good dock and pontoon lift available to use. It’s a good fishing lake and pontoons can be rented locally for reasonable rates. Well appointed home and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and books for kids and adults. The host is very pleasant and is available to answer any questions quickly. The was our fourth stay and are planning to return next year."

"We had such a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake. Close enough to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable beds, great porch! Part of a group of cabins but still private. Property manager was a joy to converse with. "

"This home was a good stop on our waterfall tour. The home was clean, easy to find, check in and out. My only regret is I misread the sleeping accommodations. I thought there were two queen log beds and two other twin beds. One of the queen beds was the sofa sleeper. It was comfortable enough just not what I thought. "
