"When I found out this pet friendly hotel charges an additional $150 a night for a dog I was shocked. . When I questioned the amount, the front desk clerk was rude. Also, she said that I had only reserved one room and my Expedia reservation clearly said two. Again, she was rude and abrupt. I finally figured out that the second room was in my Granddaughter’s name
. I had difficulty with the app on the washer and dryer and had to make about five trips to the front desk to ask for help."

"We loved staying in this beautiful home! The location is perfect. We walked every morning in the neighbor and in Overton Park, which is next door. The house was spotless and well maintained. My in-laws (both in their 80's) stayed with us and enjoyed their time visiting Memphis. We will definitely rent this property again! I'm pretty sure my mother-n-law would buy if it is ever for sale (:"
