In both summer and winter, this apartment is the ideal base for a holiday with family or friends. It offers breathtaking views of the Zillertal mountains and has its own entrance on the ground floor. After a day full of impressions in the beautiful surroundings, you gather cosily in the spacious living room with open kitchen. Let the holidays begin!
The country house is located in a quiet spot some 1200 m above sea level on the Gerlosberg mountain. In winter, the ski bus stops practically in front of the house and takes you to the middle station of the Kreuzjochbahn - Zillertal-Arena in just 5 minutes for free. If snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the house, leaving the car comfortably at home. In summer, discover the region on beautiful hikes along the green valleys and imposing mountain peaks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und Nett. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und genau wie beschrieben. Frau Rieder ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir werden ganz sicher dort nochmal hinreisen. Herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Rundum wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern, waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr in der Unterkunft. Zum Skifahren liegt die Wohnung wunderbar, der Skibus hält fast direkt vor der Tür und brachte uns in 5 Minuten zur Mittelstation. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um nach unten ins Dorf zu kommen, ca 15 Minuten bergab. Großes Plus ist ein Brötchenlieferservice.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung - gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht und Berg wandern bestens geeignet. Nächste Einkehrmöglichkeit, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Auch sehr zu Empfehlen.

Prachtig uitzicht, Net appartement

Wat een heerlijk ruim appartement en alles zeer netjes. Mevrouw. Rieder staat direct klaar als er problemen zijn. Appartement met prachtig uitzicht! Tip: Ga eens bij de buren eten, restaurant Enzianhof, in zomer maanden op zaterdag "all you can eat"...wel reseveren! Klein min puntje is dat er geen relax stoelen/bedjes buiten staan maar alleen rechtop zitten.

Vermieterin kam unangemeldet in das Apartment

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einer miesen Vermieterin Die Wohnung ist schön jedoch kam die Vermieterin ohne Anmeldung während unserer Abwesenheit in die Wohnung. Als sie uns Beschuldigte die Wohnung wie einen „Saustall“ zu verwenden fragten wir sie wo her sie das den weiß und sie antwortete nur sehr grimmig „sie wollte lüften“ daraufhin Beschuldigte sie uns zudem wir haben die Vorhänge herunter gerissen was nicht mal stimmte und meinte wenn die Wohnung nicht aufgeräumt wird würde sie die doppelte Reinigungsgebühr verlangen. Das generelle auftreten von ihr war sehr unfreundlich und ausladenden. Fazit: ich kann jedem nur dringend abraten diese Wohnung zu mieten da man einer derart unfreundlichen Person aufkeinenfall sein Geld geben sollte zu dem bereitet einem das nur zusätzliche Probleme.
