"this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. "The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our truck, trailer, and could dock our 30' boat in water in the canal.
