"The hotel is a one-minute walk from Dupont Circle station. I had not ridden the DC metro in 20+ years and Cortez the DOO walked me through the lines and stations with a map. Not only friendly but thoroughly knowledgeable of the area and helpful, 10/10 customer service. There is a stunning restaurant Casamara in the hotel which has a simple, well-executed menu. "If you are looking for a true 5 star hotel, this Four Seasons property is what you are looking for. Staff was the best. Hotel was clean & quiet. Even the door guys were top notch. I’ll definitely be going back"

"The rooms were decent. The staff was kind. The evening reception was okay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. I've experienced much better omelets at other Embassy's. The only things I didn't like were the parking and the butler (I think his name is Denzel), was very annoying to the customers. "
