Waterfront Maine Cottage with Stunning Views, Private Deck & Kayaks

  • This brand-new waterfront cottage has it all! Killer views of the water from the large deck, screen porch, or through the wall of windows in the vaulted living area. Well-equipped gourmet kitchen, tiled bathrooms, outdoor shower, ramp and float, canoe and kayak, and much more. Convenient to Bath, Five Islands, Reid State Park. Walking distance to Robinhood/Derecktor Marina, Osprey Restaurant, and Robinhood Free Meeting House. Two queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper in LR.

    The space
    The downstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. There is also an outdoor shower off the downstairs bedroom on a private deck.
    The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
    There are three dining areas: indoor, screened porch, and outdoor picnic bench. All have ample seating for eight and great water views.

    This is a full access property. No rooms or closets are off limits.

    Other things to note
    This is a year round house A heat pump provides heat and A/C. Backup baseboard heaters and a wood stove ensure warmth in any weather. A large generator provides ample power if there is an outage.
    The driveway is fairly steep so all wheel drive is recommended during snow season.
    We have a standard level 2 EV charger on a 50 amp circuit (Teslas will need an adapter) as well as a 30 amp RV hookup (you will need to bring your own cable)

    You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

    Additional rules
    We do not have garbage or recycling pickup. Please dispose of trash and recycling at the end of your stay. The transfer station pass is in the front of the guide book. Hours are 9-5 Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. It is located on the Bay Point Road just after the school. If your departure date does not coordinate with the dump schedule you can put any final trash in the garbage can by the screen porch stairs.
