"We had a great time at the Waterfront Estate! The home had everything we needed and was safe for the little ones. The pool was clean, the dock was ideal for our water adventures and the property had amazing views! We would highly recommend! "

"This was my first time here. We were visiting from Tennessee. The cabins were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy and quick. The pools are nice, big and clean. There are plenty of activities to do at no extra cost. It was nice to have dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels provided in the cabin. We definitely are coming back for a longer stay! "

"Excellent place to stay. Exactly as advertised n very clean. Alphonse messaged during the stay to ensure we had all that we needed and went above n beyond as a host leaving us a bottle of champagne n a card for our anniversary. Would stay again if ever in the area. "

"This is a perfect oasis for large gatherings to have an absolute blast together! The host was extremely communicative, accommodating, and helpful prior and during our stay. The house is just gorgeous, as is the lake view. We enjoyed the commodities, especially the paddle boards. Highly recommend for your next big family vacation! Beautiful, stress-free, amazing experience!!!!"

"We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all."

"This is a great place to stay when you have a tournament at small wood state park. Great internet, well stocked kitchen and comfortable space."

"The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. "

"Amazing place! We jave 4 small girls and my family lives in the area so for a place to stay at that had everything toddlers need, as well as teens as the grow older....beds galore...you are supposed to be outside here, so be outisde and enjoy the natural buty"

"The location of this place was great. Very quiet and clean. The house was spacious and well kept. All the anemities we needed for our stay was provided. We will definately rent this unit again. The response from the contact person was prompt. "

"well maintained clean gem of a property.I had the feeling of being in a tropical resort at night with the lighting around the beach, firepit and fountain in the pond, while in daytime transforming to a tranquil rustic paradise. amazingly well supplied with canoes, rods and lures for fishing., with bass lunkers waiting for the talented angler. The cottage is well appointed with many interesting civil war antiques. two comfortable beds with upgrade linens provided and the hottest showers you...

"We loved it. Didn’t end up staying in the Vintage RV, apparently it was OOO and therefore we were upgraded to a Cabin. Which was spacious, cozy and very home like. In walking distance from the pool and lake. Would definitely like to come back."
