While the staff tried to help as best as they could, this hotel lacked basic requirements of a three star hotel. There was no soap or shampoo when we checked in, the key stopped working after one day even though we were staying for two days, the room had no microwave or a fridge, there was no breakfast and the restaurant/bar were out of service which was not noted anywhere during the booking process. We were disappointed that Expedia would allow this hotel to be on their list as a three star hotel. This review is based on our stay during early August 2026 and I do not recommend wasting your money on this property.
