"Cozy cabin on an absolutely beautiful secluded property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and all the nature around us. Mt. LaCrosse ski area is about 25 minutes away where we spent 2 days skiing. "

"Did an upgrade to cowboy retreat and it was well worth it. The cabin was beautiful and roomy and comfortable. S’mores at the fire pit were so good. Ed was a great host. Showed us around and made us feel we never wanted to leave. Could have stayed there forever"

"My wife and I had a great time over this past weekend. The cabin was very clean, well put together, secluded and relaxing. Only thing I didn’t realize was it didn’t have a shower, but wasn’t so bad because there was a hot tub. We both really enjoyed our time there and feel completely recharged. We will definitely be coming back soon. "

"There's so much to love this little house: fun decor and themed rooms, the history of the home and connection to the owners, nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the river, easy drive to downtown, fabulous backyard for the pup. Communication from the owners was fantastic. My college-age daughters and I enjoyed playing games, watching movies, walking the neighborhood, finding new restaurants, exploring parks and walking paths, and hanging downtown. "Perfect location right by the river, described exactly as it was, nice bedrooms plenty of space, the sectional was so comfy! The dining room table was nice and big for all of us. Enjoyed the hot tub! Would stay again!!!"

"We enjoyed the serenity of the property. A quiet place for 2 old friends to catch up. The house was very comfortable, everything seemed brand new & it was sparkling clean. Convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Would suggest adding a railing to the boat dock for safety. "

"This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay. "
