"Responded very quickly to broken toilet. Really great place"

"In town for the Blues Festival, awesome experience if you’ve never been. Much better place to land than a hotel or camping! Interior space is nice, exterior space needs cleaning and maintenance. We would not stay here again simply because of the parking situation and the requirement to back out of a long driveway onto a busy road. Not easy to do even with our compact car. Recommend bringing your own cookware as what is provided is scant and old with teflon flaking off."

"Stayed with our family of 6 and 2 grandparents. Visited the Spam museum - would recommend it. Plan 1/2 hr to 2 hours if you like to be detailed. Good interaction for kids."

"Mandy was super responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well. House was clean and had a bunch of extra amenities. I would stay here again and recommend it to others as well. "

"Unique property, would be great for extended remote-work stay given the office. Plenty of space for kids in the lower level. Location right downtown is conducive to walking - and the lake view is great."

"The hotels do not offer much for a room with a kitchenette, so a VRBO was the next best option. Best stay EVER! Location was awesome!"

"Lovely apartment in fantastic neighbourhood. Close to so much. Cool street with jazz/blues bar right across the street. Very clean and modern inside. Lots of bedroom/clothing storage. Diego was there to meet us with all the instructions. And a super powerful air conditioning for the 35 degree June days. Fast wi-fi and easy to connect. And new windows that make the apartment super quiet. The balcony was nice but with the heat we didn’t use it much. Was very clean when we arrived. The main room...

"My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! "

"The cottage was beautifully decorated for our Christmas celebration with our family. "

"The house was older, but somewhat updated. The house was older but safe and secure. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, the counters, floors, frig, stove and tables were dirty. There were many finishing touches that were not done in the house, and it just seemed to be rushed through. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was at the bottom of that list. Overall, it was a good stay, but I don't think we'll be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Midwest modern home in Austin, MN. Communication with owner was quick and easy. We appreciated the extra towels we requested! Thank you. A couple of thoughts, though. We could only find a partial roll of TP … not enough for 2 people for 3 days. A grab bar in the shower would be a nice safety feature, as would a rail on the back step. Getting in and out with our luggage was tricky! "
