One Bedroom Loft with View of Seneca Lake

This loft is perched on a hilltop above Seneca Lake and features lake views and stunning sunrises for starting your day with a cup of coffee or evening cocktail. This is the perfect place for digital nomads, a romantic getaway, a summer vacation and/or winter retreat.

It is located minutes from downtown Geneva, restaurants, cafes, Hobart & William Smith colleges, or a short drive to Watkins Glenn. It is the ideal location to visit local wineries, play golf, hike, kayak, or rent a boat from a local marina.

Stay at Lake Seneca

My wife and I had a beautiful, quiet weekend over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Great place with clean suite above the garage. Beautiful views of the sunrise and off the main road so nice and quiet. Had a wonderful time!

Loft on Seneca Lake

We enjoyed our stay at the Loft. Carmen was very attentive & the loft was very clean & comfortable. The location was nice & tucked back on the property overlooking Seneca Lake with great views. The loft is located very close to great wineries, breweries & restaurants—perfect for our time in the Finger Lakes!

Our stay here was wonderful, so clean and beautiful! Fits two guests comfortably. Located above the owners attached garage - but still very private. The shared foyer leads you to a staircase which brings you up to the loft. 10/10 would stay here again!

Lovely loft, convenient location

We booked this loft for a relaxing weekend getaway. The apartment is very clean, completely private (connected to the main home) and is thoughtfully stocked. Nice linens and towels, comfy bed! Check in was very easy and host communications were excellent. We found the location very convenient for travel around both Kueka and Seneca Lakes. VERY close to Billsboro winery and SANS dumplings at Kemmeter Vineyards as well as Geneva. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful weekend

My wife and I celebrated our #43 anniversary. The peace, quiet, bird songs in the morning, plus the beauty of the sunrise over Seneca Lake cannot be matched. We had happy hour both nights on the porch and coffee in the morning with the sunrise. The hospitality by Carmen was exceptional. The loft met every expectation. Thank you Carmen.

Absolute miscommunication regarding privacy

Wanted a quiet alone weekend with my fiancé. Check in, contact the owner about discrepancies to find that she stays on site the whole time. Totally undisclosed in the listing. We didn’t even stay there.

Clean and quiet place/astonishing sunrise

From this property there is a sunrise view you should not miss. Go see the hardworking Americans , amazing farms and vineyards. Wherever you look it is so beautiful. Watkins glen state park is close for great hikes. If you decide to drive around the lake you will be glad you did, many great places to stop eat and relax.

Top of the Hill

The place was on a very large property which had a wonderful view of the lake. It was very clean and comfortable to stay there. The location was quiet and relaxing and just a short drive to Geneva where there was things to do and see. I would visit there again!
