Awesome location for a swim meet at Spire. Unit was very spacious and quiet and we had all of the tools needed to cook. Renee was very flexible and communicative. We will be back for future swim meets!

Lots of wineries, family friendly restaurants, and fun shops. The loft was very comfortable with a big tv where we could the baseball playoff games. The bed was big, warm, king that was very comfortable. We loved the outdoor porch with fireplace to hangout and spend time outside on a chilly night. The hot tub made it a perfect experience!

It was a very well furnished, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Renee was awesome at communicating & responding to questions. Went for the Thunder on the Strip bike rally & this property was about 5 miles away so it was a nice reprieve after a lot of people & activity all day. The hot tub was sooo nice!! Clean & the downstairs, although we didn’t use it, was set up worth fun decor. Highly recommend this place!!!

Relaxing retreat

My wife and I enjoyed our nice relaxing stay at this property. We were able to enjoy the private loft that had the peace and quite we were looking for on this trip. We also enjoyed everything the surrounding area had to offer. We highly recommend Genave on the Lake strip. It is full of local shops, restaurants, and more. Also, the Whip and Dip ice cream shop is now a favorite of ours and we look forward to coming back to the area again.

First family vacay!!

Loved the home, well thought out with the amenities, and very modern. The only bad side on this is the spiral stairs was awesome but for us old folks lol, is narrow and going back down or up to climb, and taking one step at a time. A half bathroom wouldn't be a bad idea. The hot tub was very nice, and the open concept is awesome. Love the porch and has an amazing view of the neighborhood. The host was amazing with communication and letting her know what needs to be replaced and is available to answer any kind of questions. We wouldnt mind coming back there again!! Thanks Renee and Josh!!

Wonderful experience

Everything was great about the stay. It’s a quite nice neighborhood with a relaxing setting. The house is beautiful very clean and the host were amazing very communicative and made it super easy to check in and out. A great place to book a getaway to relax have fun and enjoy yourself and whoever you bring.

Our stay was wonderful! Very much needed from the day today. Quiet and very clean. Very close to town and the vineyards. Renee was great and provided a lot of extras. Next time we will stay longer when we come back to town. Highly recommended!

Weekend Retreat

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful weekend getaway with our family. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable and provided a cozy home away from home for our family. Renee was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities, like the hot tub and arcade games, were top-notch and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. We had fun exploring the nearby attractions and participating in the various Lake Erie activities. Overall, our family weekend getaway was a delightful experience, and we are immensely grateful for Renee's responsiveness and warm hospitality. We will consider staying here again during our next visit.

Josh and Renee were great hosts, everything was well organized and they stayed in contact with us throughout the whole stay to make sure everything was perfect. Was not disappointed in our stay. Everything looked just like the pictures. Great communication that made check in and out super easy. Thought of every littlr detail to make our stay special. Loved relaxing in tje hottub under with the lights around! Will definitely be back!
