Guests have access to the entire unit, designated fire pit and picnic table!

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**This is a dual occupancy home and there is a unit available for vacationing guests next to this unit. Entrances and spaces are private, there is no shared space.**

During your stay, we ask that you please:
• Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Nice little getaway

Very clean and updated cottage. Nice beds. Fyi- be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And note that this is a duplex so easy to hear the people on other side. Overall though, very nice place

Quick trip away.....

1st little family getaway in 4 years. Never been to the area but my fiancee has. Very nice, pleasant space. Accommodated my parents, us and our 2 sons. Close to everything.

Great space but smelled of cigarette smoke

two person girls weekend. Super excited. Great location. Unfortunately the apartment smelled like stale cigarette smoke all weekend. I am highly sensitive. And it was a very disappointing part of the experience.

Short getaway!

Was unsure when we pulled on for parking. Curb appeal would have been a great touch. We like sitting outside and enjoy the surroundings. Inside is tastefully decorated, very cute! Comfortable beds++! Great idea for your place, remove the fireplace add a slidding door with a deck! Bam!

Best friends

We had a wonderful time checked in on a Monday and out on Wednesday-so we have no idea of weekend traffic/noise. We were able to visit some very nice wineries, beautiful lighthouses and amazing covered bridges. We will keep this cottage in mind if we plan another visit to the area.

Mixed Feelings

Pros: Clean, Well Stocked Kitchen, Laundry Facilities - provided detergent and dryer sheets. Nice TVs in every bedroom Cons: listed in order of annoyance The door would not lock! Very noisy- Traffic right on road, neighbors dog barking, music playing loud. Parking area right on road and it was Flooded. Had to walk through water to get to the door. Outside area very small and unable to tell what you could use and what was other people’s property. Cleaning- had directions to do their laundry before we could leave, had to do dishes before we left (which is reasonable) but there was no dishwasher.

Great cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean with plenty of room. Full size appliances and on site laundry are very important. It’s a short drive to the GOTL strip and lake access. It’s a little close to the road but overall great place. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for 2 people, having our own bathrooms was superb! Very clean & updated. Would have been nice to have an outside area with privacy, too close to road & need back door access.
