"The property’s water went out with no emergency maintenance on site so we had to leave a day early. We couldn’t shower or use the bathroom and there was no communication on what was going on whatsoever. Highly disappointed."

"Excellent location between Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Adorable cottage cabin with farmhouse decor. Water has NO well water taste or smell. It ran clear quickly! A bit of toothpaste left behind on a towel and towels hanging on bar were damp when we arrived. The makeup rag was dirty, and makeup colors ran from the rag into the sink when I ran it under warm water to use it. The bedding was crisp, clean and comfortable though. Vrbo was fantastic to work with!"
