"We were just a group of adults but I assume kids would well here. There is lovely patio/balcony off the living that was delightful although the mornings were a bit to crisp for coffee on the balcony but we ate lunches around the table. The house would accommodate a large number of guests. There are bedrooms off bedrooms which wouldn’t bother us. The kitchen was well equipped. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were there for a wedding and showed the place to friends looking for places...

"This is an amazing ranch property owned by a multigenerational family who stayed to fight the recent wildfire and saved the area around the ranch. This is as close as you can get to the Yellowstone (series) experience in Northern California.This vrbo is a basement studio under a ranch family member's residence, so expect some noise from above. "This was our second stay, so I guess we must like it. Seems like they improved the shower since last time, so that was nice. TV was a little difficult to get up and running but we eventually managed. Only other (very minor) thing would be to flip the hinges on the refrigerator door so it opens on the other side. Everything else was just fine!"

"This is a very comfortable property with a great layout and a beautiful view of the pond, the golf course and the hills in the background. Check in and out was a breeze, and the unit was well equipped. One tip: Be sure to bring groceries with you, because the nearest grocery store of any size is a half hour a way. But that remoteness is what makes Graeagle a beautiful place to stay. "

"Everything was great. Easy access and appreciated that each of us had our own bathroom. One consideration is that it would have been good to know beforehand that we needed to bring our own user name and password to access the Youtube TV and Netflix. But we would certainly look for this property next year. "

"We were a small group of four who came up to play some golf and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed staying here - my group loves to cook. The home is as advertised, the kitchen is extremely well appointed, and the barbecue was excellent. The home would work well for larger groups too. The host had everything set up for an easy arrival and was also easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for those visiting the area that want a very comfortable home with a great host. "

"Perfection. The cabin on Spanish Creek was a true treasure. Just off the highway, sitting above the creek in the sugar pines. The design of home allowed for creek sounds and views 24/7. Nature provided privacy from the two neighbors who were far away enough to feel the entire creek and Plumas forest was ours. Just a few minutes of sitting silent by the water gave us views of ducks, otters, osprey and many other special wildlife species. A little walk down the road lead to the Pacific Crest Trail...
