"The staff/owners were wonderful. My two negative issues were the parking fees in the parking garage. Parked Friday afternoon left early Sunday morning and it cost $40 euros. The loud people coming out of the bars between 10 pm and 3:30 am kept us up and difficult to sleep. Loud, drunk people sitting around the hotel. Could not sleep. Plus side, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!"

"The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, including directions to local attractions and restaurant recommendations. The room was much larger than the typical hotel room one finds in Europe. It's in a great location to explore Bamberg. The breakfast was high quality and sumptuous.
