"They need to give up the non-contact, mobile key situation. Really made life difficult. Not everyone has an IPhone or might even have too low a battery. Should use key cards with a long heavy tassel or wooden tag so guests are reminded to return the key card. Better anyway to have an actual key card in case of fire and/or loss of power and/or cell service goes on the blink."

She let us put our stuff down but with an attitude. We went back after 4:00 and I guess we were expected to know that we were supposed to get a text message with the information.
