"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early...

"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. "Quirky hotel layout that actually improves the hotels look and feel and gives added viewings advantage to the surrounding areas. Staff were very nice, helpful and quick in everything provided. Restaurant food was of high quality and the breakfast spread was the best I have had in years anywhere! Location of the hotel was perfectly placed to access restaurants, bars, sightseeing, public transport etc. A definite return location. Thank you for a fantastic long weekend in Krakow!"
