"Location fantastic just off the main square. The room was very relaxing. I couldn’t work the air-con and I needed it so I didn’t sleep too well. In room instructions would have been helpful. I also couldn’t find the water dispenser on the corridor there were no signs to fill up the room decanter. The room was spotless and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The bar area was comfortable maybe some more cushions and table lamps. 9/10, minor quibbles over all very happy with our stay. "

"We had a fantastic time in Puro Gdansk Stare Miasto. The staff were so friendly and attentive, everyone spoke perfect English (and many other languages), the hotel is beautiful, the rooftop bar is delightful, the breakfast was delicious and our room was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were warm and the whole place is spotless. I will happily stay there again the next time we are in Gdansk."

"This hotel was amazing, the staff are great and so helpful. You can’t fault the location, it’s so close to everything, I was with two oaps and they managed everything, no issues at all. If you need anything, the staff will always help. We didn’t have breakfast there as we found a lovely restaurant that did an amazing breakfast deal for 55 zlotys and they preferred that but I can’t fault anything here. Would deffo look to go back, even on my own as it’s that safe. We did a couple of excursions...

"It was so good for the price. Next to a tram and bus stop, easy access to the city centre, and supermarkets and shops nearby. The facility was modern and had everything I needed. For the price it was such a good value and the lobby area was nice too."
