"Property was clean and looked exactly as displayed in the photos. Dock for swimming and kayaking is of good size and good condition. Good variety of outdoor places to sit between screened porch and outdoor fire pit plus outdoor and indoor family games to play. Access was easy and everything worked as expected. "I can’t say enough about our stay. The home was very clean, the bed, pillows and towels were all very nice. The best part is the location. Secluded with beautiful views gave our family just what we needed this week. Great selection of games, the fire pit was wonderful for roasting smores and the animals visiting the front lawn was a treat. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and tranquility. "

"We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!"

"Through the neighborhood at the end of the quiet road tucked behind other houses is this lovely, tidy, efficiently laid out, well equipped home. The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Wish we'd found it when our son started college in Poughkeepsie rather than for graduation!"

"We had a completely delightful girls weekend! Brian & his wife allowed us to book only 20 or so hours in advance after our other VRBO got cancelled. We had an issue with the hot tub and they sent over a guy asap. Such a beautiful house with everything you would need! "

The home is very comfy and what’s nice is to have plenty of lake toys included with the rental. We loved this quieter location on the lake…the R&R was exactly what we needed! The owner is very responsive and made our visit one to always remember!"
