Private lakeside home for year round enjoyment. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located minutes from the Otsego Club, Treetops, The Loon, & Michaweye golf courses. Within 5 miles you will have access to beautiful downtown Gaylord and multiple world renowned golf courses. The home is located on crystal clear Dixon lake. Sooth in our hot tub at the end of the day.

The home is an open concept with a large deck facing the lake. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms. Ample closets to handle clothes, etc.
Downstairs is a large bedroom and a family/bunk room with a TV and an electric fireplace. We can comfortably sleep 11. The laundry is located in the basement and in the back is private storage. Hot tub is included! So if you are out skiing or snowmobiling and need to warm up or you just want to relax on your stay we have you covered!

You will be able to access the entire property and the lake in summer and winter. The home is totally available except for the storage in the rear of the basement.

You are in a very private setting close to town. You will feel you are in the great outdoors with giant maple and oak trees on the property. Located on the edge of atv and snowmobile trails and lots of room to hike.

Ample parking space for up to 6 plus vehicles. There is also room for boat and snowmobile trailers at the top of the driveway.
No glass in hot tub.
Campfires must be extinguished.

The house was great. It had plenty of space and the hot tub is a nice bonus. The driveway was a little tough to drive on with the snow but other than that no complaints.

We traveled from Florida to try to give our kids some winter experiences. We were definitely bummed out to find out that Michigan was having a fairly warm winter, and there was no snow on the ground. Sara was able to give us some recommendations, and we visited Treetops Resort, which was one of the last places making snow in Gaylord. The kids were able to ski and snowboard and we had a blast. The house was great, fully equipped with everything you need. It was clean and centrally located for us. There was lots of little games for the kids to play inside the house, as well as a little outdoor play area and fire pit. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing in the cold with the kids. I am sure that this place would be great in the summer and fall when the kids can fish and swim on the lake . All in all it was great and successful trip we would definitely come back.

We had a great week in the Gaylord area. Location was good, lake was clear, beach, playset, hot tub and walk into the lake approach with a raft was excellent for the kids ranging in age of 10 to 2.

The house was great, we just notice some cobwebs on the floors and in the closets, but we did enjoy the house. Thank you. Would definitely recommend it. Also LOVED the Chocolate Covered Potato Chip.
