"Lovely grounds and fabulous spa facilities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the reservation entrance were all exceptional. Jasmine who works at the spa did a fabulous job on sprucing up my tired hands. I felt like a Disney princess after she did her magic on my pedicure!"

"Great venue. The room was terrific. Great beds and pillows.Modern and spacious bathroom. Coffee machine gains even extra points! We had a really great stay and an excellent dinner the night before and wonderful oatcake breakfast the following morning. One noticeable difference to other places was the friendliness of all the staff, they really did seem to care about their guests which doesn't always happen. Great stay!"

"Nice clean & comfortable room, easy check in. Breakfast is definitely the best we have been offered anywhere in the U.K., with a truely extensive offering! Can get a little busy between 8.30 & 10am, so best to get there earlier! Spa is good although definitely over capacity with day guests in the afternoon. The Spa manager needs to put a limit on it instead of thinking about the profit. Fifty minute treatment for £95 was so worth it. Would definitely return for a two to three night break again!"

"I have stayed here before and have been very happy with the hotel and staff. My flight was very early, before breakfast, so I can't comment about that but the bedroom is very clean and tidy with everything in it that you need. I will happily stay there again."
