"This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again. "

"The apartment itself was clean and furnished well. We were not a fan of location/surroundings, very run down and trashy. It was not as close to campus as we thought, specially if you are going to things on the other side of campus. "

"This rental far surpassed our expectations. The location was peaceful, property was well maintained and home clean and very well appointed. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what renters may want or need during their stay. The pond is well stocked for fishing and the pool, hot tub and covered porches provide a feeling of your own private resort. Jimmie was most helpful in providing support throughout our stay. A property!! Could not recommend more!!"

"This was a very clean and charming home. The neighborhood was quiet. If you are bringing a pet, the front gate needs a latch. The back yard is very nice and big but, there are some gaps in the chain link fence that could be zip tied together but if you have a big dog it would be ok. Also, the neighbors do not have their dogs on leashes . It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed it!"

"We came to town for a conference at Texas A&M and needed a space that could accommodate our group. There were 8 of us and this house was exactly what we needed! There was plenty of parking for our van, everyone was able to have their own bed, and we had enough bathrooms to ensure we could all get ready each morning. Our check-in was simple, and the house was beautiful. I can’t recommend this listing enough! Will definitely book again!"

"I was in Texas for work and that was a great home to stay in. Plenty of space. Very clean. Fast WiFi. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. "

"It’s hard to find a 3 bed 3 bath and this one has 3 good sized rooms and bathrooms. Was lacking a few standard items I.e. toaster and ample coffee, but knowing ahead of time would be no big deal. Stocked with most of the basics and sufficiently clean. Backyard wouldn’t be a place I would hang out but great if you have a pet."

"Beautiful home with a casual feel. We enjoyed our stay at the Clary house for our son‘s graduation. Ended up using the porch more than any other room. It was charming and relaxing. Alida was a very responsive host who took care of the little issues that came up in a very timely manner."

"We were looking for a getaway from big city life while supporting our kids at College Station for the TABC event. And we got just that. This little cottage is perfect in every way. Well appointed. Quick support. And such a beautiful area. We loved the fresh eggs and also feeding the pony apples!! "

"Nice studio apartment for a weekend in College Station. Walkable to campus and northgate easily. Great location. Communication with host was easy, with quick responses. Bed is very soft so keep that in mind based off your preferences. "
