"I only stayed here for one night before my flight out of Switzerland and back to Miami, but I like the hotel a lot various aesthetic and reasonably priced and walking distance to some shops and the train station. The only thing is they don’t have central air and it was confusing to turn on the air unit that is in the room. I think the front desk should do a better job of making that known."

"View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful."

"It's a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of a pedestrian only area, lots of restaurants, close to the tram and to the coop. The included breakfast was perfect, lots of hot and cold choices. The staff were very helpful. Only drawback was the lack of AC. It was unseasonably warm one evening and while the open windows provided a nice breeze, it was too noisy to leave the windows open while sleeping. Would highly recommend."

"Location is good. Town is beautiful however the hotel does not deserve to be ranked as a 4 star hotel due to how dirty rooms were. We had three rooms. 2 rooms had spider webs and other insects . One room smelled like a rotten cheese that the staff was aware of and changed to another room.
I cannot believe that the regional health department allows this hotel to operate this way !"
