This 2024 custom-built luxury retreat in the heart of the Smoky Mountains offers breathtaking, up-close mountain views that feel almost close enough to touch—a guest-favorite feature that truly has to be seen to be believed. Spanning over 3,200 square feet, this modern lodge blends elevated mountain design, unique artwork, thoughtfully handcrafted details, luxury furnishings, and group-focused amenities for an unforgettable Smoky Mountain escape.

Solar-powered lights, large, lit cabin numbers, and a life-size “Lazy Bear” wood carving make it easy to find this lodge. There’s plenty of parking for up to 5 cars.

Step inside and let the bright, elevated design lift your spirits. The impressively sized great room boasts a two-story open-ceiling layout with a rock, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace with a rough-hewn mantle, and access to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which offers a hand-crafted Amish table that comfortably seats seven people.

With its soaring ceilings, 98” Smart TV, and plush sectional, the living room practically begs for cozy movie nights by the fireplace. Whether you're sinking into the couch with popcorn or gathering for a homemade feast, there’s enough space here for everyone to come together.

Luxury blinds allow full or partial light blockage, privacy, and comfort, while a SONOS Bluetooth Speaker System offers concert-quality sound, and a charging station with/ multiple HDMI access ports makes for easy gaming opportunities.

ARCADE NIRVANA
One of the highlights that really sets Rambling Ridge Lodge apart is the game room: a wonderland of fun with arcade games that will keep everyone entertained, no matter their age. With games for all, including a couple nostalgic favorites and a ton of the most currently played games, this funhouse features bejeweled guitars and artwork, 50” Smart TVs, and a covered deck. Windows and doors have light block-out film applied to eliminate glare and dial your gaming experience up a notch.

Arcade games include Silver Strike Bowling, Target Toss & Power Putt-Putt Golf (3 in one game), Golden Tee Golf Game, California Speed Driving Game, Pandora, Galaga, Multicade.

INDOOR POOL
No matter the season, Rambling Ridge Lodge’s indoor pool and lounge space gives you a one-of-a-kind retreat. With an immaculate vibe, Rocky Mountain National Park theme, and unique art and accents, this is where your crew will want to hang out. Enjoy a heated 12’x9’x 4’ deep pool, 70” Smart TV, SONOS Bluetooth Speaker System, a beverage refrigerator, a stainless steel serving/prep counter, a 3-person bistro table, a padded love seat, two padded lounge chairs, and accent table.

The deck off the pool room features a huge 6-person Hot Tub with a butler top/cover that allows for easy uncovering and cover, seating, and, again, an amazing view.

BEDROOMS
When it's time to retreat, each of the three bedrooms offers a comfortable escape. The primary bedroom, affectionately known as the “Willy Room,” features a unique Willy Nelson handcrafted theme chair, a king bed, a 50” Smart TV, and a covered deck where you can hear a nearby brook and enjoy a sweeping view of the mountains. The attached ensuite bathroom boasts a large shower with two heads and hand-laid therapeutic pebble flooring and tile. A marble vanity top with plenty of storage and a lighted cosmetic mirror make getting ready a joy.

Guests can also choose between two additional guest bedrooms - the “Dolly Parton Room” or the “Johnny Cash Room,” each featuring king beds, televisions, ensuite bathrooms, private decks, and themed focal point chairs. All bedrooms at Rambling Ridge Lodge feature private, covered decks/balconies with incredible views.

LOFT
With every hour, the mountains change, and there’s no better place to watch them than from the loft. Here, you’ll find a comfy couch that pulls out to a full-size bed, a modern lounge chair with an accent table, and a dedicated workstation perfect for hybrid workers or those needing to keep in touch with the world. The washer and dryer are located in the closet.

OUTDOORS
Along with the multiple balconies and outdoor seating areas, guests will enjoy an outdoor wood-burning firepit that comes complete with a fantastic view and two 6’ benches. You’ll love ending the day with a mesmerizing fire as you gather in a serene, quiet setting.

With convenient parking and in-home laundry, Rambling Ridge Lodge is designed for a seamless stay. We spared no expense to ensure our water quality is healthy, pure, and soft. All of the water passes through a 4-stage AQUAPURE water filtration system, and it's so good you’ll probably want to fill a jug to take home.

Home Truths:
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Gas fireplaces are turned off from April 15 to October 15 for the summer season.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and carry chains only during heavy snowfall in the winter months. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

Parking Details:
- Please park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please read all posted signage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
