Oak Square of Gatlinburg is located in downtown Gatlinburg just steps from Ober Gatlinburg’s Aerial Tramway. It offers an indoor heated pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also free wireless internet. The complex is also near several restaurants and within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This unit is a one bedroom with a king bed in the bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bunk beds are located off the living area. The kitchenette consists of a small refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.

We were told we could check in early and then I was unable to get ahold of anyone in order to get the code for our door. The sofa bed was awful and not even my young children could use it. Thankfully they are still small enough that two could fit on one bunk. There were not any pots big enough to make something for the whole family. The king size bed was also not comfortable and sank down when we laid on it, plus was very squeaky every time we moved. Only enough hot water for one person. Location was good but next time we will be staying somewhere else.

The place is small, but you can’t beat the location. One thing to keep in mind. The Internet was very slow the first day, 3 down, 2 up. On other days no internet at all. Also no reception on Verizon and Att inside the unit. So that’s inconvenient.

Good location in downtown Gatlinburg! Close to alot of attractions and restaurants. Check in process was easy. It was clean. Had indoor and outdoor pool access. Would stay here again!

we had a great time and the location was perfect. the apartment could of been cleaner. The baseboards coming out of bedroom looks like someone had spilt coffee down the wall. and there was dust on the mirror and pictures in the bathroom. but overall we loved out time there.

Easy check in and easy check out! Close to lots of things to keep you busy.. we traveled to pigeon forge alot to eat. Just because but it was still close and worth it.. seen a few bears right outside condo we will be back next year

Great location, it was an older hotel. AC unit went out and the room was hot, told the office worker and he said he would let someone know about it. Don’t think we will stay again.

Perfect location in Gatlinburg. Convenient Walk to the Parkway for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Condo is clean and had everything we needed, including extra towels. Friendly helpful staff. Had a great stay. Will book again!
