Spend your holidays here at Great Smoky Mountains of eastern Tennessee's enchanting seasons that has an allure for vacation homes with sweeping views of the mountainside.

Approximately 828 square feet, this cozy One- Bedroom Deluxe Villa features 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa comfortable for children including a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry is in unit. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove/Range, Washer/Dryer and Wheelchair Accessible.

Resort Amenities: BBQ Grills, Clubhouse, Concierge, Elevator, Fitness Room, Game Room, Hot Tub, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Sauna/Steam Room and Vacation Planning.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Mountain Loft is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 47 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Mountain Loft, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Cigarette smoking is not allowed within the premises whether it is inside the establishment or on the property grounds. Anyone caught smoking within the boundaries of the fence will be fined $300. The same rule applies for electronic cigarettes.

Love This Unit

The condo was perfect and clean. Check in process was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Love the location right in between the sports complex and the strip. We come every year for my son football tournament and hope to stay in this unit again!

A just above average resort

The location is very convenient and the balcony of our unit has a nice view of the mountain. However, the elevator was not working the whole time we stayed (5 days), and we were on the third floor, so we had to carry all the luggage little by little on our arrival and departure. The kitchen doesn't provide enough dishes for cooking and serving. There was a piece of used soap left on the shower tub's floor by the former renter. On the last day, the occupants above us arrived and kids were jumping on the floor (our ceiling) late at night. So it was not a very good experience overall.

Fantastic

This place was great! Pools were very nice, condo was small but nice. I loved the big bath tub. Mini golf was an unexpected and huge hit for the kids.

The room we reserved and paid for was not what we got. There was no response from the mgmt. company

We reserved and paid for a Deluxe Villa, upon walking into our room we found ourselves in a Standard Villa. When we reached out to Resort Renters Pro about our situation they said they would get back to us in 24 hours. Never got back to us with a resolution. Basically took out money and ran, not a way to build a loyal customer base. I understand they use a allocation system when you arrive. If you paid for a Deluxe Ville you should be out in one. If not you should be refunded the difference.

Preferred Little Spot!

Perfect area—super close to Gatlinburg and not far at all from pigeon Forge. Good view and kitchen had everything needed for staying in and cooking.
