"We had a family member’s funeral in this area. This VRBO was in perfect proximity to all we had to do for the weekend. "This was a great place for our big family to stay. One family stay one side and the other family stayed on other side. It worked out great. Love the location near where are family from Cleveland Hts lived. Needed more towel racks for wet towels after the shower. One dishwasher didn’t work . All in all it was a great place for everyone to be together."

"I was looking forward to staying down the street from my dad for my mom’s funeral. The host NEVER messaged me - not when I booked, not the week prior, not the day of. At noon I started working with VRBO customer service. After 5 agents, and by 4 pm, they refunded my money and canceled the reservation with a fake code (listing says they take children). "I was in town for my fathers very difficult surgery that requires extensive hospital stay. I requested that my reservation be moved from Tuesday to Tuesday to Monday to Monday. The host was able to accommodate however did not tell me there would be an additional 70 charge when I seen the charge, I questioned it, was told I added an additional night.which I did not.
