LUXURIOUS & SPACIOUS VACATION VILLA WITH A SWIMMING POOL for rent near JAVEA

Imagine: long, peaceful summer days with a view of the forest, a large private property surrounding you, and a charming villa where everything revolves around comfort—plenty of space to enjoy your well-deserved vacation on Spain’s Costa Blanca. This beautiful villa is available during the summer months and is ideal for large families (up to 13 adults!) who want to escape the hustle and bustle and truly spend quality time together.

Starting in June, you can enjoy a stay of at least 11 days, close to the charming seaside towns of Javea, Denia, and Moraira with their beautiful bays and beaches, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants, and outdoor cafes. Be sure to visit the Friday market in Moraira and the Saturday market in Jalon or Lliber at least once. All within a 15–20-minute drive!

The home offers all the space and comfort you’d expect: such as air conditioning in all (bed)rooms, wireless Wi-Fi, Dutch TV, Netflix, and plenty of games and books.

For those who love to cook, there are all the tools you need to prepare a delicious meal.

Layout: The villa consists of two living areas that are connected but can also be separated. Both have their own electric gate and parking for five cars.

The main residence features an entrance through wooden doors, a spacious living room with a separate seating area equipped with a smart TV and all Dutch channels, a large dining table for 10 people, and a high chair; a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, an oven, an air fryer, a coffee maker, a Qooker, a gas stovetop, good-quality pots and pans, and knives, etc. Access to the covered patio with a smaller dining table and a lounge sofa. On this floor, there is a smaller bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a separate children’s room with a crib, changing table, and a children’s bed, a master bedroom with a large double bed and a separate closet, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower, large double sink, and toilet. The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, closet space, and another bedroom with a double bed.

At the rear of the villa and via the upstairs landing, you’ll find access to the second living area: Here you’ll find the living room with a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and closet space, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A separate room houses the washing machine, dryer, freezer, and cleaning supplies. Everything you need is provided to make your stay worry-free!

Outside is where the real fun begins. On a fully fenced 2,500 m² lot with ample parking, you’ll enjoy complete privacy. A secluded pool with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas invites you to relax in the sun. There’s an outdoor shower, a charming outdoor kitchen, a (gas) BBQ with a paella pan, and several patios for dining together and enjoying the long summer evenings. After dinner, throw a ball around on the Jue de Boulles court or play a game of table tennis. It’s all here.

For children, it’s a true paradise: a climbing frame, toys, bikes, a high chair, a playpen, and car seats are all provided. Everything is set up so that even the littlest ones feel right at home here, and Mom and Dad don’t have to lug everything along! And for the dog(s), the fenced-in property is completely safe, but they’re sure to love going for a nice walk with their owner in the adjacent forest every now and then.
