"Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed."

"Jonery is an apartment complex located in Charlotte, North Carolina’s trendy Arts District that allots of portion of their one bedroom and studio spaces for room rental.
They require you to pre-check in online which I did. I knew that I would be arriving after the 5PM which is when their website noted a life staff member leaves.
For two days during business hours, I left emails. I left voicemails….called excessively and no one ever answered or responded.
Upon my 5 o’clock arrival, tenants were...

"Room was fine, not the best but not the worse. Room was decently clean, after stripping the bed noticed some stains. The staff were accommodating once arriving but one staff member in particular was not pleasant and rude"

"I booked this for my Fiance who flew from Naples, Fl to visit her father for Father’s Day. He is in an assisted living facility. She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable. The furniture had stains and the bedspread was stained as well. Both tv’s in the room did not work. She went back to the front desk and asked if she could move to a different room. The lady gave her a key to a to another room...
