"Terrible, had to call 4 times for airport shuttle pick up. First call I was on hold for 15 min, 2nd, 3rd and 4th call they said 10 mins. Waited over an hour for pickup for a 2 mile ride. Check in was slow, staff complaining how busy they were. They ignored all in coming calls. Hopefully a guest didn’t ..."

"The room, especially the bedding, had a terrible dog smell. Apparently, they allow dogs in the rooms. Could not even use the sheets and blankets. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow cases. "A lot of issues the floors were all slanted no propane for the grill a mouse was on the couch, the door lock wasnt working it wasnt worth the price for the 2 nights for sure and i dont recommend staying there, only thing good was the scenery of lake Ontario"
