"Staff very friendly. The rooms were cleaned and beds changed each day. The hallways leading to my room were clean and smelled fresh. It would be nice for dog lovers to be in area by themselves. A dog barked all through the night. And to think the a dog can be in any room is not a good idea. Some people may be allergic to dog hairs, some owners may let there dogs pee on the floor and they not know it. Even sleep on/in their beds with them. At that point are the comforters being entirely...

"The hotel itself upon entering had an awful smell that made me nauseous. The valet parking daily parking fee was way too expensive and time consuming when having to wait for valet to pay for your car. The WiFi SUCKED!!! And we had NO and I mean NO hot water and that was for multiple people in other rooms. The price they ask for because it’s near the harbor is a joke. I asked a manager for a discount or partial refund for not having no hot water and I was told I would and yet I still haven’t...

"We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was friendly, room and lobby were clean. We couldn’t use the pool as there was an issue with the pump. Breakfast was good - nothing special but better than just cereal.
We used the parking garage diagonal from the hotel attached to the luminary building. Cheaper than the valet parking the hotel offered.
Room service was done the second day. They took 3 dirty bath towels and replaced them with only 1. Strange but we were leaving the next morning so we made due

"I couldn't sleep because of a loud humming noise from someone's dishwasher, then from the electrical room across the hallway. Plus the iron was shattered, not just broken. I couldn't iron my clothes to go to the conference that morning. It was also too late to request a replacement. But when I complained to the staff, the Supervisor said they check it every time they clean the room. So did they purposely left it broken? She didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. The pork sausage at...
