No matter how wonder the facilities are though, the staff makes or breaks a stay. In this case, the staff made an incredible building even more so with excellent service from the doorman to the front desk staff to the cleaning staff and spa staff. "I stayed in this hotel for the week, and it was my first time in London, and I was also celebrating my birthday. Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase.
