"Hi, Cong is a lovely village to visit. All the staff I met at Ryan’s hotel were helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. I really liked how in my room they had managed to keep some of the original stonework in the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep."

"We didn’t realise at the time of booking that the hotels main use is for pilgrims visiting the Knock Shrine. As such, the facilities were limited and whilst fairly new, were dated. Similarly the restaurant food was limited to say the least, it was more like that provided at a care home rather than a 3/4 star hotel. The grounds were well maintained but the furniture had been left to the elements and was in need of a serous overhaul. The rooms were clean and tidy, but would have benefitted from...

"Rooms are on the level of Holiday Inn - basic with an uncomfortable bed and cramped shower. Transfer from Castle: luggage didn’t arrive until bedtime. Dinner staff was amazing and food was delicious and generous. Pool is great - went early am and it was sparkling clean, huge with places to read a book on a cold rainy day.
