"PROS:
Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean (kudos to housekeeping), comfortable beds, fridge and microwave included. Location is ideal for the Kingsway Mall and is within 5 mins drive lot of common frequented places like McDonald's, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Tim Hortons etc...
CONS:
Hotel condition is poor and needs a major renovation. Gym has little equipment and is damaged."

"It is an older building. So the room design is a bit weak. The toilet is very close to the door. Only one at a time to use that area. So if your 2 getting ready in the morning it have to be 1 at a time. As the sink toilet shower are all right area. Parking was ok. Staff fellow was fast to check if in. $125 cdn. But we will move on to another motel next time in West Edmonton. On 118 ave

"Everything was great for the most part. I don’t expect a lot for what I’m paying. I just look mostly for cleanliness. The rest looked great but was disappointed in the bed. Initially looked clean but then noticed 2 hairs on the pillow and sheets. Not happy with that. Plus, the top bed cover is old and pilling. Most hotels don’t use those anymore. So I pulled it off the bed for the few days we stayed. Everything else was great!"

"We loved that this hotel was pet friendly and that we were on the main floor. The sound barrier is not all that great though. Our dogs were nervous because it was a strange place for them and they jumped at every loud noise. Safe to say we did not sleep much but the beds were super comfortable which was a huge bonus. "

"Had made reservation thro Expedia - called them to say 9 pm arrival , informed Me I had NO reservation !!! Gave them reservation # said had no record of it ..offered me a booking instead and I refused as felt I wasn’t paying for another room … Today my credit card had been charged !!! How can you. Charge for something that wasn’t booked?? "

"I am not quick to write bad reviews but we were disappointed with our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, upon arrival the room appeared clean however, the untenciles, cups and plates were dirty.
There was no house cleaning to straighten our room and take out the trash on any of the days.
The breakfast was just not good. We only ate there once we didn’t go back the next time.
On a positive note:
The staff (réception and chef) were pleasant when we interacted with them.

"We ordered a Queen Deluxe room. It was a double bed. The room was so small, tv did not work. 1 hr for maintenance. We decided to upgrade. They did the upgrade at no additional cost. Awesome! Pool, hot tub and slide were great. Free continental breakfast was nothing to even speak of. It was the most minimal I have seen. "
