"We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday and the house was PERFECT! It was immaculate, had SO many wonderful "little" extras! Thanks for stocked bathroom and kitchen with coffee, tea, cereal, milk and half-and-half. Delightful. I wish it wasn't so windy so we could have enjoyed the lovely backyard. Will be back for sure! "

"House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good.
