Beautiful, scenic yurt in quiet privacy near Yellowstone National Park.

Experience circular space in a 24' yurt with skylight dome, deck, and private yard with BarBQ. Brilliant night stars (when mother nature allows). About 25 minutes (12 miles) from the north entrance to Yellowstone and many other area attractions. Located 4 miles up a county maintained gravel road. The yurt sits on our beautiful 9 acre mountain side property down the road from our primary family residence.
Feel a connection to nature with unique mountain views. There is no cell service on the property.

I used a wide lens to capture the arch and didn't attempt to correct the distortion as I felt it added to the picture (for me anyway). We were hesitant to stay at a yurt but wanted a new experience. This yurt was perfect, as it was a bit more "glamping" than what a typical yurt might be. Best of all it was clean, very pretty, and had everything we needed from lots of towels to dishes, glassware and full coffee set-up; mini-fridge, cooktop, toaster. AND the location was great. Just out of Yellowstone, up a bit of rugged terrain where we saw a bear and a mountain goat on two separate occasions. Quiet, peaceful. HIGHLY recommend. The owners were communicative by messages and there was actually no need because everything was set-up right and check-in and checkout very easy.

Great hosts. Very clean. Has a nice little kitchenette with cooking utensils. The only thing we weren’t aware of was the 3.5 mile rough & narrow road to the steep driveway, that takes about 7 minutes to get up. Take it slow and be cautious around every bend for oncoming traffic. But the views are definitely worth the drive. There’s a really cool stream that runs alongside the driveway! The road through the mountain definitely adds to the secluded feel.

Glamping at its best!

Who knew a yurt would be so cozy?! Super comfy bed, great kitchenette and hot shower. We loved the easy access to the north entrance of Yellowstone. The 3 mile mountain drive isnt for everyone but we didnt mind one bit. Came back one night to 2 deer in the yard. Just magic. Hope to stay again someday.

Spectacular!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well equipped Yurt in Gardiner, Montana! Surrounded by stunning Mountain scenery, and just minutes from Yellowstone. It was the perfect getaway the yurt had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay, and the Kramer family were excellent hosts, warm, welcoming, and attentive. we can’t wait to go back!

All around excellent stay

This property was exactly as described. Very clean. Easy check-in and -out process. The owner responded to questions quickly. The long dirt/gravel road to the property was easy to drive as long as you go relatively slowly, and we enjoyed driving along the creek. It was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

Cosy, Remote and Quaint

We just loved our stay in the yurt! The 5-10 minute section of unpaved roads along the way is gorgeous, feels like driving between two mountains along a lovely running creek that we had to get out and take pictures with. The yurt itself was surprisingly spacious (and in remarkably good condition) with lots of amenities, we found ourselves not needing or wanting for anything. The whole atmosphere is just right, remote and cosy and comfortable. Couldn't ask for better hosts either, so kind and accommodating. Check out the hot springs down the road as well! If we ever go back to Gardiner I wouldn't look anywhwre else.

Great Yurt

This Yurt is just perfect. So clean, it felt brand new. It was the best sleep we got on a long vacation. We spent 3 nights. The only "negative" is that the pictures dont reflect the entire property. It isn't as private as we thought as the owners home is just feet away and cars coming and going sound like they are coming right in the yurt. However, I would still strongly recommend this property. We got used to it and there is a lovely private area on the side. The 4 mile drive to the yurt adds to the charm.

Loved Yurt

We loved staying in this yurt. It was very clean, roomy, and very practical. We had extra bath linens, which most places I have stayed do not. The bed slept very comfortably and the shower was roomy. We did get to meet the host and she was very delightful. The drive to the location was a little different, but it was absolutely beautiful. I would stay here again. Thank you Ms Mary for sharing. Loved it! ❤️ .

WOW!

The yurt was amazing! Comfortable, extremely clean, private, and well supplied. The only thing we wished we had known about was the 3 mile wash board gravel road leading up to it. We would have driven a different vehicle.

Anniversary Getaway

This is an amazing getaway. Quiet, amazing views, secluded and no cell service. We enjoyed the peacefulness, and being away from everything. Wasn’t to far from Yellowstone North entrance. Bed was really comfortable. We did not want to leave and we enjoyed the drive up to the Yurt each day. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the space!

This was a delightful place! First time in a Yurt and it did not disappoint! Our host was great, check in instructions and directions were precise and the decor and cleanliness were pristine! Loved the coffee storage so much, I ordered one off Amazon! It wasn’t quite as private as described however.
