"Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!"

"We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the competent staff, and especially to Ms. Nadia, who made us feel welcome from the very first minute with their exceptional yet unobtrusive attention and courtesy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Since I had to check out late on my last day, they provided me with free accommodation in another room until my flight time. If I ever visit Cape Town again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. "

"What an amazing boutique hotel close to fine dining n table mountain. Our room number 1 was simply gorgeous and huge. We loved everything incl the location and chic n modern decor. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "Had a lovely few days at Rosedene! Staff were all so kind and helful! Lungi was so very helpful in organizing our pickup and transportation from the airport, and also booking tours for us while in Cape Town. Arthur was there to greet us on our arrival, and each evening when we returned. Chef Ian and his staff in the kitchen had a wonderful breakfast for us each morning. Would definitely stay here again!"
