"This place was kind of on the dingy side I mean it was fine it was clean but the maintenance on things like having a drafty hole in the front door on the bottom the shower curtain rod was hanging off and my husband bumped his head on it it was okay we needed to stay there for 8 hours and sleep it was okay."

"The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Only concern the pool. There was only 1 chaise lounge chair by the pool and lots of sit up chairs. Not tables or Umbrella for shade. There was a frame where a shade space was but there was no top on it for shade from the hot sun. "

"No amenities provided, staff was insanely rude kept telling I did not have a reservation that I was getting scammed by Expedia. I showed her the PDF receipt and they said she couldn’t accept it. After I showed her the account then she magically found my reservation. The room was so small and honestly not clean. The shower curtain was stained with something dark/dirt. Overall 0/10."

"We checked in at 3 AM when we got up in the morning to take a shower. There was no hot water. We went down to the office and asked if we could change rooms and they let us know that they’re boiler was out and everybody was just dealing with it we asked for a refund and they have refused to give us our money back. We were supposed to stay for six nights and we were only stayed one and had to get a different motel. I will never go back to this Hotel. they were also only supposed to take $54 when...

"The room was good was clean, they clean it every day which I appreciate it, the beds were comfortable, the only bad thing is that the hotel looks old and lack of maintainence, but in general for a couple of days just to sleep after spending all day long between amusements parks I can’t complain, and for the price don’t expect a Hilton, honestly for me was good, cheap, close to the universal parks and good to sleep, that’s it"
