Què no li ha agradat: Neteja

This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had and we stay in multiple rentals yearly. The home was nothing like advertised and in unacceptable condition. We arrived to a sticky note from a neighbor complaining about the “gross yard” (weeds, garbage, and dog waste). That set the tone. Inside, the situation was even worse. The house smelled strongly of urine, the floors hadn’t been cleaned (grass and hair everywhere), and there were used items—including a water bottle and what appeared to be pills under the couch. Shower curtains were discolored and covered in mold. Garbage was piled outside near the hot tub, which didn’t work (stuck on “heat suspended”). It also was covered in dirt and grime and smelled awful. The sauna didn’t work either. We found a massive hairball in the shower, blood stains on a quilt in the bunk room, and mouse droppings in the cupboards. The dishwasher was full, some remotes were missing or had no batteries, and towels labeled as “clean” were folded wet in the closet. Only 12 towels were provided for a house advertised to sleep 16. We contacted the host within hours of arrival—no response. VRBO intervened, and the host promised someone would come clean and fix the hot tub, but no one ever showed. On a holiday weekend with a large group, we had no other options. We’re still fighting for a refund and spent hours of our vacation cleaning and trying to get this resolved. Save yourself the stress—do not book this place.

Què no li ha agradat: Neteja

Hot tub was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned and stunk. Asked the host to come clean it. Said they couldn’t til the next week after we leave. Ac was as broken the first day. Called host and came and fixed it on the 2nd day but still didn’t work great. Toilet seat in bathroom was broken. Bathtub upstairs was used once and the water never drained from the tub (3 inches still in tub when left). Yard was full of tall weeds and hadn’t been maintained so you couldn’t walk on it or hang out . The ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom was broken. The oven was disgusting and when we used it the smoke alarm went off. The fire pit was full of garbage. Couch in front room kept moving when we sat on it. After looking underneath we found it to be broken and blocks had been put under it instead of normal couch spindle legs. Kitchen lacked in supplies. Garage was filthy with dirt. No toilet paper so asked the host for some and they said to buy some and they would reimburse us. A few good things. Beds were comfortable and the location was near a nice park and fishing pond.

Spring break

Property as described except dishes and cooking appliances were dirty, had to wash anything we used before hand. Empty water bottles under beds even found a slice of bread under a bed, location ok, hot tub was nice, just not very clean overall could use some updating
