"櫃檯人員有些很親切， 有些實在不予置評。 雖然還不到Check in 時間，只是提早到了， 竟然告訴我停車場不能停車， 要我開出去。停車場又不是滿的， 又沒人排隊， 何必這麼強人所難呢？ 其他都很好， 只是找不到一些櫃檯人員的笑容。"
