We have an outdoor, covered private patio that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. We are a stone’s throw from the Kokosing Gap Trail, a paved walking path and directly behind the Kenyon Sports Center and Stadium. Whole home renovation just completed!

We had a great stay while moving our daughter back to Kenyon. The location can't be beat. Everything was spotless and the amenities are perfect. We didn't get to use the patio, but it's a beautiful space. We saw two neighborhood cats who liked to hang out under our car, so that was a special treat. Christy and Bob are super responsive and it was great having them as our hosts.

We loved it.

This house was great for us while we were in the area for a conference. There were so many places to walk and enjoy. We wanted to sit out on the patio one evening but decided not to due to a large number of cobwebs. The inside of the house was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Great Gambier Getaway!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here while we visiting our son at Kenyon. The property is cozy and well equipped and the location was great! The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had all we needed to enjoy a few meals. Will definitely book again when we’re back in the area!

Family Visit

This house was much better than advertised. It is ideally located for visits to Kenyon College although we were there to visit family. The listing did not do it justice. Great place.

Great Location and House Amenities

The location is perfect for Kenyon sporting activities. It’s also a great spot to get on the bike trail. The house is not big but the hosts have really made good use of the space. It looks like a new house inside and the covered sitting area in the back provides a large area to socialize with your house guests.

Great place!

This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Everything was nice and new. Location was amazing for us. Towels were soft! It is exactly what was pictured! I hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

This house is perfect for any Kenyon event! It’s less than 5min to get into the main campus. We stayed there this weekend w our 2 adult boys who we brought to watch their sister play lacrosse:).

Comfortable and Convenient Stay!

We were in town for a swim meet at the Kenyon natatorium. The location of this property could not have been more convenient for that. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house, and the comfort of the beds. The back patio was a pleasant space to spend the evenings we were in town, and the owners’ communication was a 10/10. Highly recommend!
