Dawn 532! Your beach getaway made with sunshine & simplicity! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat allows for the most Relaxing Pool & Ocean Views from the Private Balcony of the desired 3rd Floor! (No elevator) This spacious , comfortable condo unit has everything you need for your most comfortable stay. The open floor plan features high ceilings, fresh paint and new decor! The balcony is screened in to enjoy the elements freely while you take in the scenery. Smart TV's with Xfinity Cable plus streaming capability in the bedroom and living area. The Master Bedroom is gorgeous. Featuring a heavenly King Size bed, workspace, and large walk in closet. The living area features games, comfort, and accommodates 2 guests for sleeping with a Queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful ready to use full size, stainless steel appliances. Both Keurig & Drip Coffee Maker are available. The private bathroom accommodates with full size soap, shampoo & conditioner products. This perfect condo also makes your stay hassle free, with laundry room , including full size washer and dryer located inside.

PARKING: The Dawn requires all guests to register at the front desk and pay a $40 plus tax per vehicle parking fee to obtain parking passes and pool access. The office is located on Seawall Blvd and is open from 10 am to 6 pm. If you arrive after the office is closed, please visit the office first thing the next morning, as it will be important to check-in there, for your pass.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

The complex was well maintained and the pool area was beautiful. The unit was clean and well stocked. The king size bed and pillows were high quality and extremely comfortable. The unit has a great view of the pool and a nice view of the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful resort

Spent three weeks there and had a very relaxing time. I enjoyed the ocean view very much. Time went too fast. I’ll be back next year.

Toller Aufenthalt

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, komfortable und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf Pool und Meer war spitze. WWir kommen gerne wieder.

Anniversary Relaxation

My husband and I loved staying at this condo and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We especially loved having the chairs and beach towels and boogie board ready to hang at the beach. We didn't use the umbrella or other items but would be handy as well. The wash and and dryer was a huge plus to go home with clean laundry.

Galveston Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very nice and clean. Even though a tropical storm had recently came through, everything was in order and running at the property. We had a lovely pool view. Parking was easy as well.

Juneteenth 2024 Vacation

Perfect location to Seawall Beach! The netting seen in the photos was no longer there when we checked in, so we did have pigeons flying in and out of that space. Wish the balcony seats were so much higher because you can't enjoy seeing the water if you sit on them. The condo itself was very clean. I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer in the condo. They had plates, coffee cups, regular cups. Only issue was the freezer. It was like they turned if off for a while but never cleaned it when they did because when we arrived, water poured out of the freezer when we opened the door. We kept paper towels underneath it in case any more came out. If you defrost your freezer/turn it off between stays you have to take the extra effort to CLEAN the ice build up. Thankfully, there was a gas station right next door to the complex so we purchased a bag of ice (I refused to eat anything that came out of that freezer). Other than that, our stay was perfect. Our stay was projected to get non-stop storm weather but Mother Nature was on our side. We were able to enjoy the beach throughout our stay as it seemed to only rain when we were done enjoying the outdoors lol. The price and location were perfect for our needs and I would stay here again. I brought my own water and coffee supplies so we had coffee from their Keurig each morning and enjoyed the local foods for our meals. I found some beach toys in the closet and it was so much fun using the boogie board! Highly recommend staying.
