The Dawn Condominium Association has received the Galveston Condominium Complex Award for 2023 and 2024.
Spectacular view of the Gulf and the Dawn’s own Swimming pool scenery from Living room, master bedroom and from the condo’s balcony.
The Dawn’s lush landscaping and easy access to the beach provide the perfect backdrop to your tropical getaway, The Dawn has two gorgeous swimming pools, one of them HEATED, a hot tub, BBQ areas and an awesome workout facility(open 24h).

The Condo is Located on 3rd (top) floor with high ceilings in the living room. (No elevator)

It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, all with beach view, and accommodates up to six guests. (queen sofa bed in living room)

Light , bright and airy, the up to date condominium has an open concept living/dining with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large fridge with ice-maker, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. Guests may also use the full size washer/dryer located in the large walk-in laundry room of the kitchen.
Condo has high speed WIFI. 50” flat screen TV In Living room and TV’s in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
Highchair for the little one and board games for the whole family.

This property will consider weekly/monthly rentals during the off season at a lower rent, please contact us for more details.

Parking is convenient, right in front of condo building.
$40.89 for 1-3 days , (4 and more days for $50) payable upon arrival at the Dawns office to receive parking pass (per car / stay) and swimming pool bands.

The new widened Babes' beach is just across the road, which features beach umbrellas for rent and lifeguards on Duty.

Two fishing piers off the beachfront (lightened up at night) are close by

We’re a family of 5 staying at this property. It’s very clean and well maintained. Property has sand toys, life jackets for kids and beach chairs etc to complement our stay. The community is very quiet and relaxing. This unit is facing the beach and the pool which gives us a nice view anytime of the day. A big plus is the unit is very close to the main heated pool and walk in gates. There is also a EV charging outlet onsite. Overall loved our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a dance competition at Moody Gardens. It was THE PERFECT location… 9 minutes from Moody; walking distance from the beach; short drive to Pleasure Pier. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and THAT VIEW… WOWZA!The owner was VERY communicative & timely. Thank you!!

The Dawn complex

This property is the only place we stay when we go to Galveston. The property is spectacular. Gated community, swimming pools are top notch, great location to beach, restaurants, and all the attractions. We have stayed here every year for the last five years and we will continue to stay at the Dawn whenever we go back. We have met a lot of new people from around the world at the Dawn. Some we call good friends. The people that live full time in the condos are also great. We have got to know a couple of them and enjoy visiting with them at the pool while we are there. All around a 5 star plus condos.

Perfect everything

Loved this place!

We booked this for one night because we were leaving the next day to go on a cruise. I cannot say how amazing it was. Staff was all really friendly and the beach is just right across the street. The pool was absolutely stunning! We will be staying here again for a longer stay!

Beautiful Views of the Gulf!

This is a perfectly cozy beach condo located in a gated community with two pools. The check-in was easy, and the property was very clean. We'd stay here again next time we come to Galveston. The only negative is you have to pay for parking. I understand needing a tag to park there, but I think it should be a part of the stay fee.

A Last Minute Beach Trip

Amazing! This was the best condo and just a short walk to the beach! I feel so blessed we got to stay here for 5 whole days! We travel a LOT with our daughter who plays competitive soccer so we were looking so last minute when we found out we were getting a break. And this hidden gem popped up in Vrbo. The communication was absolutely the best! We would stay here again if we ever come back to that area! If you clicked on here this is a sign to book! This is the best condo I think in this little area! Because you get ocean view and pool view! Thanks for some amazing core memories for my little family!

Summer Get Away

The condo was perfect! We drove in after spend fa week in Austin for Dance Nationals. We were looking for some relaxation by ocean before heading back to MN. The condo had all the little amenities one needs to enjoy time at the ocean and relax in a clean and comfortable place. If we had a question or concern it was quickly addressed and taken care of in a professional manner. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay.
