    Over over 1400 sq. feet of living space, "PLAYA BLANCA" has easy access to the beach and the Pointe West Beach Club. This spacious second floor beach front condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful ocean views as well as beautiful sunrises from your private shaded balcony.

    This condo offers: king bed in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (both are twin over full). Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High-Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a great vacation!
    A storage locker is provided with this unit.

    Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

    The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
    Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
    • Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
    • Hot tubs
    • Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room

    The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
    Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures or operational failures.

    * Check in: 4 PM
    * Check out: 10 AM
    * Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
    * Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building.  If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs.  Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations. 
    * Minimum age requirement: 26+
    * No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

    CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
    * 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
    * 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.

    Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.

    Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

Family Getaway

This unit was perfect for our family getaway - it has everything you need. We have young kids and the close proximity to the beach and pool make it all so much easier for the adults to have a good time too. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

We are repeat renters. Perfect place for our family plus grandparents. Can't beat the location (walking distance to the beach and the pool) and the layout is great. We'll hope to be back soon!

Great location

Pointe West is a must-stay. This condo was in the best location for beach, pool, and restaurant/bar. The owner was responsive to any question. The unit was spacious and very clean.

Great option

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was empty and felt almost like a private stay. We did not partake in the amenities but the condo was well designed and plenty of room. The views were great. It is a haul to get to a grocery store or most restaurants but that is the advantages of being further west - very few people but a drive to get back to town. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great location right on the beach. The beach and pool area was not overcrowded. Went horseback and it was greeat. 🐬 tour was good. Lots of barking dogs in the unit below us. No bar at the the resort. Restaurant was closed.

So Convenient

This was a great rental ! We were there for a long weekend and the location was perfect. It was close to the Beach Club and to the walk over to the beach. Since we had a one year old with us it was very convenient. The unit was super and was extremely well stocked with all kitchen items you would possibly need for meal prep. We also liked that it was in the front of the property so we had an unlimited view.

Great Family Vacation!

Wonderful condo with great amenities! We loved the large patio with the front row beach view. Pointe West is a beautiful property with just a short walk to the beach. Nice pool area and the details of a storage place to keep everything for the beach easily accessible downstairs and a rinse off area made going back and forth to the beach so easy. The elevators for the building were out of order the entire stay and we even though they had signs up that it was “temporary” we never saw anyone working to repair them. This makes getting your luggage upstairs and downstairs a little difficult. I could not image if you have anyone that has any health/movement issues in your group. Overall it was a great stay and we do hope to visit again.

Great Family Trip w/ Several Water Activities to Choose From

This was a family trip with our pre/teen kids who love all water activities. It was a great location to enjoy different pools and a nice & easy walk to the beach. We spent majority of time on the beach and would have liked to have had beach items provided and available for use (e.g. beach beach chairs, cooler, etc). We had to purchase these items and leave behind to be used by next guests. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time. The unit was clean and perfect for the size of our group. The carpet could use some TLC and some windows wouldn't open but would definitely return back to this unit - great location. Thank you!

Great location. Needs TLC

The properties a great location next to the pool. Checking was easy and got lots of immediate feedback via text messages, which is way nice. The AC vents need some sort of adjusting because it cools unevenly in the bedrooms versus the main living area not kidding it was 68° in the bedroom and 74 in the living area. I understand that many condos don’t provide beach towels, but that would’ve been a nice amenity to have. The ceiling over the porch facing the beach needs some kilz from a leak prior. The microwave has a touch of rust inside and is missing the vent cover plate on the outside. Beds were super comfortable, and I love the pillows.

Family Getaway

Perfect set up for our family of 5 + grandparents. Super kid friendly area with easy access to multiple pools and beach with a restaurant & bar onsite if you are able to get away for a bit.

Great place - Close to the Pool

Pointe Weste is our favorite place for a family vaca in Galveston. We usually rotate which condo we stay in. This one was great b/c it was close to the pool, and you could watch the older kids from your balcony while they played at the pool.

Great Place to Stay

Beach Views

Loved this place! Was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Picked up bracelets at the front desk from Ayana who was warm and friendly.. Came with our two daughters and 6 year old triplets. The pool and the lazy river were both a hit . Ocean views from the second floor patio were superb both morning and night! Definitely recommend!

Beach vacation

Property is laid out well...online pictures are accurate as well as pictures of our condo. Make sure and bring plenty of food as the property is several miles from Galveston. Would stay here again.
